With arms linked in solidarity, the Four Chaplains all went down with the ship, the USS Dorchester, in WWII. Having prayed and encouraged sailors til their last breath. They courageously passed their life vests 🛟 to others, faithful to the very end, as the Dorchester, mortally wounded by torpedo, sank into the frigid ocean.
